Project 1 – Suma Property Consultation
Location: Pipers Creek, VIC
Type: Permaculture Consultation
Our assessment explored the property’s climate, soil health, fire risk, and natural features. From there, we developed a tailored plan prioritising water harvesting systems (swales, ponds, dam restoration), native plantings, and regenerative practices such as rotational grazing. We also explored opportunities for a greenhouse, orchard revitalisation, and habitat creation for pollinators and wildlife.
The design emphasised gentle, long-term regeneration—supporting the property’s potential to thrive in harmony with its environment.
This consultation focused on designing a restorative, nature-led approach for a rural property in Pipers Creek. The client’s vision was to create a landscape that supports both human wellbeing and native ecosystems—nurturing the land while encouraging self-sufficiency.
